Whilst attending the previous incident a second call came in for 89 year old man walking along footpath in river valley lost footing having crossed stile and tumbled down to river edge. unable to get back up. Paramedics first on scene and administered paracetamol and ibuprofen. No significant injuries but safest extraction was by stretcher with a simple raise up steep valley side and to ambulance for further examination.
