The team were alerted at 08:15 to a male who had sustained aleg injury while descending Pen y fan. Casualty slipped on decent from Pen Y Fan falling backwards. Heard a snap. No further injuries sustained. Casualty reported that his ankle seemed to pointing in the wrong direction. Casualty located on Jacob's Ladder. Team deployed to RV at Pont ar Daf. CBMRT who were covering an event supported via the Gap. Team paramedic assessed injury and relocated joint at 10:21hrs Vacuum splint applied. Evacuated by ascending to Pen Y Fan and stretchering to the Gator who was waiting at Bwlch Dy Wynt. Gator then returned casualty to waiting WAST ambulance at Point ar Daf. The team werer back at base by 12:38
