Galwad Tîm - The team received a request from the ambulance service for assistance in evacuating a female with an ankle injury in a remote location. The casualty had sustained injury to her left ankle and was unable to weight bare. She sustained the injury on 28th July but decided to wait to assess how it was before calling for assistance. She was wild camping with a friend and decided the next day that the injury was too painful to continue with their walk. The casualty was treated on scene by NHS Ambulance personnel with Brecon MRT evacuating the casualty on a Bell Stretcher and Land Rover to the NHS ambulance.
