The team were alerted to a male casualty who had fallen down a waterfall and sustained head, shoulder and chest injuries. The EMRTS helicopter was on scene treating the casualty. MR personnel arranged to evacuate casualty up to the top of the drop to be further evacuated via helicopter to hospital.
