Dyfed Powys Police request the teams assistance to locate a lone male walker reported missing by his daughter. The male was walking the Cambrian Way from Storey Arms to Llandovery. He started on Sunday 2nd Jand was planning to wild camp over 4 days, hoping to arrive in Llandovery on Wednesday 5th July. He was reported missing by his daughter on Monday 3rd July at about 11.25hrs as he had failed to make contact with her and she was concerned about his welfare in view of health issues. Western Beacons MSART were alerted and SARDA . ARCC were also requested to assist and MCA helicopter Rescue 187 also took part in the search. The male was found in the cafe at Craig y Nos Country Park after phoning his daughter. He was checked over by MRT personnel who drove him to his daughter's home . He was tired but uninjured.
