Lleolwyd Cerddwyr Coll - Call from Dyfed Powys Police regarding 2 walkers lost cold, wet with poor equipment. Unable to get an accurate position using phone find, the missing persons were contacted directly using their mobile number. Using their description it was possible to work out they were on road near Cwm Cynwyn farm. the team landrover with 2 MR persons on board sent to collect, check them over and to drive them back to Brecon.
