The team were called to assist a stranded vehicle followinga RTC. The Fire service were struggling to get a fire engine to the scene to assist the stranded drivers so requested 4x4 Mountain Rescue assistance, the team was tasked and met at Machynlleth fire station but during the call out period the fire service had sourced 2 x 4x4's and shuttled the stranded drivers down. In addition asked the Council to close the road. Team stood down.
